We liked our stay. Spotless, well-maintained hotel with fab location right on the beach. Most of the time food was good especially during the buffet breakfast. Superb service overall. Reception was beautiful.

Breakfast was perfect, the room stylish, we had a great time. The hotel was near the sandy beach and near discos and restaurants. Onsite attached restaurant was great with charming staff.

The staff are incredibly polite, the place is FULLY EQUIPPED and centrally located. Extremely quiet location to veles vents. There's lively roof top bar with relaxing beverages.

Definitely will be back. We liked to be at Boutique Balandret, its rooms and staff. Poblats Maritims district certainly deserves to be visited.

Worth its 3 stars. It's handy base for visiting some must see attractions in Valencia. Thoroughly enjoyed terrace. They had fresh breakfast with a wide range of items to choose from.

It's not their fault, but the street was noisy.

Location not far from l'oceanografic. We liked boutique balandret from the moment we entered. 15 km to the airport;))

if you are going to visit l'oceanografic, you can stay here. it took 10 minutes to reach platja del cabanyal on foot. the hotel was adjacent to norte train station. we greatly enjoyed the fact that we chose boutique balandret.
